Subscription Services

Procentive has a no refund policy for its Subscription Services.  See Procentive’s Cancellation Policy for additional information.

Training Products

Due to the nature and format of the Training Products, Procentive has a no refund policy for its Training Products.

In rare instances and only within 10 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the Training Products will not function, Procentive may, at its discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, Procentive requires that you provide enough information for it to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g. order number, your company name, date of transaction, etc.). If Procentive is able to positively identify your order, and if your request is made within 10 days of purchase, we will process the refund.

Academic Program

Procentive may, in its sole discretion, provide refunds to students enrolled in its Academic EHR Program. Procentive will review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis and only for those students who withdraw from the classroom or practicum in which the Academic EHR Program is utilized.  In order for Procentive to review and consider your request for a refund, Procentive requires that you provide, within 30 days of your withdrawal from the classroom or practicum in which the Academic EHR Program is utilized, enough information for it to positively identify your purchase transaction and proof of withdrawal from such classroom or practicum.  The refund given, if any, will be prorated based on the length of time you were enrolled in such classroom or practicum.

Acceptance of Refund Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of Procentive’s Subscription Services, Training Products, or its Academic EHR Program, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, do not place an order with Procentive.
